Brandon's a Boy Scout now

With Brandon turning 11, it means he moves over into Boy Scouts. He earned his Arrow of Light award! This is one of the 2 badges he can wear from Cub over to Boy Scout Uniform. He worked very hard to get all the badges earned in time. He will do great in Boy Scouts too I'm sure. We are very proud of him and all his hard work!

Peach Days 2010

While we were in Utah it happened to be Peach Days in Brigham City! I haven't been to see that parade in like 10 years! Oh the memories. My sister Shelly is on the Dairy Council and in charge of a float for the Dairy Princesses. She invited us to ride on their "Got Milk" Float and toss cheese sticks out to the crowd. I think the boys had a good time. We then went in to the carnival and let them ride a few rides, that was fun too. It was a great time and it was fun to see how things have & haven't changed over the years! Thanks for all the great times Shelly!

Brandon's B-Day #11

Brandon is now 11. Wow how time files. He is turning into a young man. I think we are officially in the "Pre-Teen" years and it is starting to show as his attitude is not always the best. But overall he is a great kid! He is even becoming a little bit responsible which has been along time coming. He is really great at school and he LOVES to read mostly the Harry Potter series but he is branching out to a couple other series thanks to getting a couple new books for his B-day. We're so proud to call him our son and have him as a part of our family. Love ya Brandon! We did have a chance to go hang out in Utah for his birthday. He has a couple cousins who are a few days apart from him, they were willing to share the celebration. It was a great time we got to catch up with all the family and see how they are growing! We love you all & thanks for letting us hang out with you!

First Day of School 2010-2011

This was a little harder on me than other years. As my youngest is now in Kindergarten and Full Day at that. I remember always wishing for the day but now that it is here it has been really tough. Ryan seems to be ready and ok with it so I guess we'll all be just fine. :)
