Fun at the Lake

This past weekend we were invited to go camping at a Lake in Nebraska. The weather was perfect. The boys had a lot of fun playing in the water. It was shallow enough for them to have a big area to play in. Brandon is doing better at swimming & he had a blast just floating around. I think we really need to take the boys swimming more so they get better with the water. Back at our camp we had a lot of bugs (cause of the water). Also there were toads hopping all over the place. I wish I got a picture of them. We packed up a little early on Sunday so we could drive over the dam. It was very pretty. We're gonna go back again when we have a couple more days to spend. It was Josie's first time camping. She really likes it and she did really well swimming in the lake too. She has gotten bigger the last few weeks. Her fur has shed and she is now a lot lighter. She had her first vet appt. and did Great! The vet did tell us that she is probably only gonna get to be around 50lbs and not as big as we thought. I know Jeff was disappointed but I think I'm actually better knowing that. Since she is an in/out dog. We're having a great summer, can't believe it's almost over.

Jeff's Brother Paul got married down in Colorado Springs. It was so nice to get to see all his family. We had a couple of the family stay with us. The boys got to play with their cousin Alex for the first time. We took them to the big SpLasH Park and they lOved it!
